Welcome to the WNY Wildlife Wiki
WNYWildlife.Com is a growing collection of information, photographs, and sightings of wildlife in Western and Central New York (DEC Regions 6, 7, & 8).
Based on the original site developed by Dave Malak, the purpose of WNYWildlife.Com is to be an edcuational tool for teachers, students, conservationists, and lovers of nature in general.
NOTE
This site has not been used by anyone for some time. It is available, for free, to be owned and managed by any school or preservation group upon request and review. If there is no interest expressed by December 2020, it will be archived and may become permanently unavailable.
